    About Wholesale Hoodies

We are a cut-and-sew apparel manufacturer that makes clothing for other brands. Our team handles pattern making, fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, decoration, finishing, inspection and packing, so your entire order is produced and checked by one team.

Brands, retailers and businesses across the United States order directly from us, with no middlemen adding cost or slowing down communication. You talk to the people who are actually making your garments, from the first sketch to final delivery.

    What we focus on

    • Consistent fit. Patterns are graded to your size chart and kept on file, so every reorder fits like the first.
    • Fabric that lasts. We match fabric weight and composition to how the garment will be worn, and finish it to limit shrinkage and pilling.
    • Clean finishing. Neat seams, secure stitching and carefully placed branding make the difference between merch and a product people keep wearing.

    Who we work with

    • Boutiques and retail stores
    • Sports teams, schools and clubs
    • Gyms and fitness studios
    • Companies ordering branded staff apparel and merch

What We Can Do for You

From a single design to a full collection, we handle development, sampling, production and packing in one place.

    Private label clothing

Your brand on every piece, from the neck label and hang tag to the polybag and shipping carton, with no trace of the factory.

    Cut-and-sew from your design

Send a tech pack, a sketch or a garment you like, and we build the pattern, source the fabric and produce it to your specifications.

    Ready-to-customize styles

Start from our proven base patterns and change the fabric, fit, colors and branding, which shortens development time.

    Drops and product launches

Small first runs let you test a design, and quick reorders keep best sellers in stock when they sell out.

    Team, school and company apparel

Matching hoodies, tees and sets with logos, names or numbers for teams, staff, events and fundraisers.

    Custom gloves

Sports and fashion gloves with your logo, materials and packaging, produced alongside your apparel by the same supplier.

How You Can Customize Your Apparel

Every part of a garment can be built around your brand. Combine the options below, or send us a reference piece and we will recommend the right setup.

    Fabrics and weights

Fabric is the biggest factor in how a garment feels, hangs and lasts. Weight is measured in GSM (grams per square meter), and higher numbers mean a thicker, more substantial fabric.

    Fleece and knits

    Cotton fleece

Soft, breathable and natural, with a classic brushed interior.

    Cotton-poly fleece (CVC)

Holds its shape and color well and resists shrinking.

    French terry

A looped-back knit that is lighter, smoother and ideal for layering.

    Tees and lightweight pieces

    Cotton jersey

The everyday tee fabric, available from light to heavyweight.

    Tri-blend

Cotton, polyester and rayon for a soft drape and relaxed feel.

    Performance polyester

Moisture-wicking and quick-drying for gym and team wear.

    Fabric weight

    Midweight

Around 300–350 GSM for comfortable, all-season retail pieces.

    Heavyweight

400 GSM and up for a structured, premium streetwear feel.

    Stretch blends

Added spandex for movement in fitted and athletic styles.

    Fit and cut

    • Oversized, boxy, relaxed, regular and slim fits
    • Cropped or extended body lengths
    • Drop shoulders, raglan or set-in sleeves
    • Men’s, women’s, unisex and youth patterns graded to US size charts
    • Production to your own measurement spec sheet

    Construction details

    • Double-layer or single-layer hoods
    • Kangaroo, side-seam or hidden pockets
    • Ribbed cuffs and hems, or open hems
    • Thumbholes, side panels and color blocking
    • Custom drawcords with metal or silicone tips
    • Flatlock and coverstitch seams for comfort

    Colors and dyeing

Choose from stock fabric colors or have the fabric dyed to your Pantone references. Garment dyeing gives a softer, lived-in color, and contrast trims, panels and drawcords let you build a signature color story across your whole range.

    Logo and decoration methods

The right method depends on your artwork, the fabric and the quantity. Compare the options below, or ask us about any decoration style you have in mind.

Method Look and feel Best for
DTF printing Full color with sharp detail Small runs and complex multicolor artwork
Heat transfer Clean edges and a smooth finish Names, numbers and small logos

Appliqué and tackle twill Layered fabric shapes stitched on Varsity lettering and bold chest logos
Woven patches Flat, fine thread detail Chest, sleeve and pocket logos
Leather and faux-leather patches Premium and tactile Waistbands, hems and heavyweight pieces
PVC and silicone patches Raised, rubbery and durable Sporty and technical looks
Silicone printing Raised print in matte or gloss Logos with texture you can feel

    Wholesale Hoodies FAQ

Can you make hoodies and apparel under my own brand?

Yes. We produce private label apparel with your neck labels, hang tags and packaging, and no factory branding anywhere, so every piece is ready to sell as your own product.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimums are low and depend on the fabric, colors and decoration you choose. Small first drops are welcome, and your quote shows how the price per piece drops at higher quantities.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Every order starts with a sample so you can check the fabric, fit, color and decoration. Any changes are made at the sample stage, before bulk production begins.

    How long does production take?

Apparel timelines depend on the fabric, dyeing and decoration, and your quote includes a confirmed sample and production schedule. For custom gloves, samples take 5–7 days and bulk orders 15–25 days. Shipping time to the US is added on top.

What fabric weight should I choose for a hoodie?

Fabric weight is measured in GSM (grams per square meter). Midweight fleece of around 300–350 GSM suits everyday retail pieces, heavyweight fleece of 400 GSM or more gives the structured, premium feel many streetwear brands want, and lighter French terry works well for layering and warm climates.

    Do you use US sizing?

Yes. We grade patterns to US size charts for men’s, women’s, unisex and youth fits, or we can work from your own measurement spec sheet.

Do you ship across the United States?

Yes. We deliver to addresses across the US, including brand warehouses, 3PL providers, retail stores and Amazon fulfillment centers.

Will my apparel have the labels required for US retail?

Yes. We can add care, fiber-content and country-of-origin labels as required for textile products sold in the US, alongside your brand and size labels.

Can you prepare orders for Amazon FBA and Shopify stores?

Yes. We can fold and bag each piece individually, apply UPC barcodes or FNSKU labels, and pack cartons to your warehouse or fulfillment center instructions.
